Abstract
The problem of surgical treatment of aortic valve insufficiency especially in elderly patients is an urgent issue for
cardiac surgeons all over the world up to now. The use of biological prostheses together with the suture free
method of prosthesis implantation for such kind of patients is a priority trend allowing reduce the artificial
blood circulation duration and myocardial ischemia as well as to facilitate surgeon's goal due to simplicity of
technical performance. The purpose of this work is to report the first experience of successful implantation of
the suture free biological prosthesis 3f ATS Enable in Russia.
