Abstract
During the reporting period in the Laboratory of EP and RSMT 1181 performed diagnostic and treatment
procedures (in 2015 – 1307). Of these, 424 radiofrequency ablation (RFA) (412 RFA in 2015), 158 implantations
pacemakers (238), 13 implantation of ICD (32), 11 implantations of CRT (37), 468 EP studies (EFI
including during procedures RFA) and 107 procedures including electrical impedance tomography, transesophageal
EP studies (n=50) and the installation of electrodes for temporary cardiac pacing (n=45).
In 2015, there was a slight general trend of increase in the number of procedures RFA the decline in the share
of operation on implantation of antiarrhythmic devices. The decrease in total transactions in comparison
with the year 2015 due to the opening of additional operating x-ray laboratory of intraoperative diagnosis and
treatment of arrhythmias, patients for operating distributed about equally.
The procedure of RFA (n = 424) included ablation WPW (n = 70), AVNRT (n = 79), paroxysmal atrial fibrillation
(insulation mouths pulmonary veins) (n = 48), very ours of the atria (n = 180), atrial tachycardia
(n = 16), ventricular tachyarrhythmias (n = 26), isolation of AV node patients after previously performed
operations, pacemaker implantation to control the frequency of arrhythmias with permanent atrial fibrillation
(n = 5). The total number of procedures in 2016, has slightly increased (an increase of 13 treatments)
due to the increase in the number of procedures RFA syndrome WPW and AVNRT. The percentage of ablation
in atrial fibrillation remains almost stable.
