Abstract
Surgical treatment of acquired heart diseases, reconstructive and valve-sparing surgery, especially in combination with the pathology of the coronary and great vessels, are the most pressing problems of cardiac surgery of adults. The purpose of this work is to present the results of the clinical and scientific activities of the Department of Reconstructive Surgery of the Heart Valves and Coronary Arteries of Bakoulev National Medical Research Center for Cardiovascular Surgery for 2018.
