Abstract
This publication presents data on outpatient advisory and diagnostic work of the Perinatal Cardiology Center of the Bakoulev National Medical Research Center for Cardiovascular Surgery for the period 09.01.23–12/29/2023 and comparative characteristics of indicators for 3 years of the department (2021–2023). The results of the initial stage of the scientific work of the department, which is conducted within the framework of applied scientific research (PSI 2023–2025) “Prediction and diagnosis of placental dysfunction, growth retardation and disorders of the functional state of fetuses with congenital heart defects. Echocardiography assessment of the functional state of the heart in the postnatal period in order to reduce the frequency of perinatal complications and develop surgical treatment tactics”, which aims to develop methodological aspects of a system for predicting placental disorders and an algorithm for prenatal monitoring of the growth and functional state of fetuses with congenital malformations.
