Abstract
248 patients were examined in progress to study intermediate results of various treatment techniques
for myocardial «pons». It was revealed that coronary artery bypass grafting in patients
with isolated myocardial «pons» generally removes symptoms of angina and episodes of painless
myocardial ischemia. Indications for surgical treatment are myocardial «pons» of anterior interventricular
artery (AIVA) and ischemic changes associated with this coronary bloodstream confirmed
by non-invasive tests results.
