Abstract
The effectiveness for standard antiaggregation therapy in patients with IHD for coronary stenting
was determined. We analyzed the results of the examination of 77 patients, which indicated
that patients in 57.2% cases were prescribed for interventions with poor variables of functional
platelet activity during the dose of antiplatelet preparations. Individual monitoring of functional
platelet activity (both at the stage of preparation to intervention and after its performance)
substantiates the decision of the necessity in changing of the standard scheme of antiaggregation
therapy. Achievement and preservation of whole levels of platelet aggregation during the whole
term of observation essentially allows to reduce the risk of negative of cardiac events from 13.8%
to 1.3% (p<0.0001).
