Abstract
The article is dedicated to the problem of patients management optimization, who underwent operations for different forms of ischemic heart disease in real terms of practical healthcare. Low adherence to regular medical check-up and to some important variants of medication (inadequate prescription of statins, ACE-inhibitors, beta-blockers) were revealed. A new method of treatment optimization for this category of patients, which consists of structural therapeutic patient education and intensive observation after their discharge from hospital.
