Abstract
The study was performed in 5 polyclinics of Moscow. It showed that the doctors of the first unit were not enough competent in treatment of cardio-vascular diseases and showed interest to the development of district and regional chain centres for conservative therapy and rehabilitation of patients with vascular pathology
