Abstract
Surgical correction of congenital heart diseases which was performed in terms of myocardial
ischemia in 23 children and was associated with endothelial dysfunction. Endothelial dysfunction
was shown to influence on tissue coagulation pathway, system of natural anticoagulants and
fibrinolysis. It is necessary to perform protective measures which eliminate endothelial dysfunction
on state of coagulation system.
