Abstract
Thirty patients were examined in a long-term period after mitral valve (MV) replacement which
was performed in infancy or adolescence. Most patients had the medium level of physical capability
(PC). Physical capability was lower in patients with a less adjusted square of prosthetic
hole. Hemodynamic disturbances are frequently noted in ten years after surgery.
