Abstract
Method of activated particles (MAP-test) provided to detect different levels of endotoxin concentration
in donors serum and plasma. Interleukin level in components of donated blood correlates
with endotoxin concentration. It means that the more endotoxin concentration is the
higher are interleukin IL-6 and IL-8 levels. Contact of donated blood with the surface of tupperware
does not contribute to increasing of interleukin level in absence of endotoxin
