Abstract
Despite of the fact, that treatment of the patients with acquired heart valvular diseases has made
some good progress so far, the issue of providing them with proper management still remains relevant,
especially for those, involved in the health care management and physicians. In general,
the article makes us acquainted with the experience, accumulated all over the world in the field
of the health care management and planning and evaluating the expences (regarding to constantly
improving process of treatment) for the management of acquired heart valvular diseases
patients, revealing also some of the psychosocial issues of the problem.
