Abstract
Cardiac surgeons are able to correct congenital aortic valve diseases with narrow fibrous ring
using several methods. One of these methods includes dilatation of aortic root with valve
replacement using Manouguian-Seybold-Epting technique. In available literature we did not
find the works dedicated to reoperations using Manouguian-Seybold-Epting technique, therefore
we present our own clinical material which included 3 patients. The interval between the
interventions was 7.6
