Abstract
We present a brief review of the results of research works on the problem of cardiovascular
surgery performed in research institutions and universities of our country. We assessed the special
criteria of scientific work, dynamics of volumes of the surgical treatment for cardiac and
vascular diseases as the result of outcome implementation of research work in practical healthcare.
