Abstract
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with left ventricular outflow tract obstruction was diagnosed in
patient with calcified aortic stenosis and multifocal atherosclerosis. Diagnostic signs of valvular
stenosis mask clinical and hemodynamic features of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
Distinguishing the contributions of these diseases to the patient's symptoms of congestive
heart failure, chest pain and syncope is often challenging. Furthermore, the appropriate treatment
was highly depended on a clear determination of pathophysiology
