Abstract
Papillar fibrоelastomas are frequently found tumors of the cardiac system. Clinically they
have asymptomatic disease course but it makes a great risk of thromboembolic complications.
The case of extraction of fibrоelastoma of aortic valve that was found in echocardiographic
examination for pain syndrome with plasty of right coronary leaflet, the patch from autopericardium
was presented.
