Abstract
The case has reported the aortic valve replacement after the ventricular septal defect repair performed earlier and
aortic valvuloplasty.
During the surgery the orifice of the right coronary artery was deformed that caused performance of intraoperative
coronary angiography, aortic root plasty and plasty of the right coronary artery orifice. Right coronary artery
orifice was deformed when suturing due to the immediate vicinity of the right coronary artery to the aortotomy
incision, 2 mm. The changed anatomy and severe commissure process in the aortic root area have assisted to
that.
In order to avoid complications of that kind it is necessary to consider all features and anatomical parameters of
the operating area.
