Abstract
In this literature review, the issues of histology and pathogenesis of idiopathic cystic medionecrosis. We consider complications such as aneurysms and dissecting aortic aneurysm. Possible features of clinic, diagnostics and treatment of the above complications caused by idiopathic cystic medionecrosis. Materials review based on an analysis of research and publications of clinical cases, according to the largest international database of medical data.
