Abstract
In the world literature reoperation tricuspid valve after radical correction of congenital heart disease varies
from 7 to 20%. The greatest attention should be paid to the primary radical correction of an anomaly Ebstein
(plastic and prosthetic tricuspid valve), tetralogy of Fallot, plastic and closure of ASD and VSD, correction
AVSD and DORV, bacterial endocarditis, etc. The absence of a comprehensive evaluation of the literature
reoperations after tricuspid valve early on corrections UPU terms of initial severity of heart disease, especially
technology reoperation and correction of concomitant intracardiac pathology, as well as determine the
time, amount and nature of surgery determine the relevance the present study
