Abstract
This report describes the first experience of endovascular radiopaque dynamic control allocation mammarycoronary
bypass graft soldered to the sternum at reoperation on the «open» heart. We used the dynamic control
of radiopaque endovascular graft patency mammary-coronary bypass graft step sternotomy and cardiolysis
when re-intervention on the «open» heart demonstrated accuracy and safety and wide application
in recurrent cardiac patients can improve the performance by reducing reoperation risk of intraoperative
complications.
