Abstract
Patients in late period after Fontan operation may occur in varying degrees of arterial hypoxemia. One of the
causes of arterial hypoxemia may be venous collateral vessels, developing between the vena cava and pulmonary
veins or coronary sinus. The purpose of this work — present a case of successful closing of a large
veno-venous fistula between the transverse vein and the left pulmonary veins in a patient after Fontan's
method of hemodynamic correction 4 years out.
