Abstract
The rare case of acute aortic dissection type I in a patient with Turner's syndrome has been described. The
operation Bentall–de Bono with plastics of the fibrotic ring on the aortic valve with artificial blood circulation
and two-directions arterial perfusion was performed because of presence combined pathology: acute
aortic dissection and narrow fibrotic ring of the aortic valve, aortic coarctation and hypoplasia of the main
arteries. Precise diagnostic and operation allowed to eliminate aortic dissection and perform adequate blood
perfusion.
