Abstract
Features of organ microcirculation determine the nature of their ischemic/reperfusion injury. A condition of splanchnic blood circulation and the possibility of monitoring during surgery on the heart and the aorta is a serious problem of anesthetic management of such operations. The review describes the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of ischemic and reperfusion injury of the intestinal wall as well as diagnostic criteria and treatment options.
