Abstract
The description of the programmed multi-component high-volume hardware exfusion autologous blood
from patients with ascending aortic aneurysm and aortic valve insufficiency prior to Bentall–De Bono operation.
The total volume of exfusion was 1540 ml (46% TBV). Use of blood components in the postoperative
period was required.
