Abstract
The combination of congenital heart diseases with anomalies of the left superior vena cava draining occurs
in 1.5–10% and in the majority of cases it is drained to the right atrium while its enter to the left atrium it is
rare. We present the surgical approach of the repair of persistent left superior vena cava draining to the left
atrium with the intermediate form of atrioventricular canal.
