Abstract
Now the death rate from congenital heart defects (CHD), particularly complex, is essential, so the question
of surgical treatment of CHD remains one of the most pressing. The purpose of this work – to present the
results of medical and scientific activities of the Department of surgery of older children with CHD (older
3 years) of A.N. Bakoulev Scientific Center for Cardiovascular Surgery for 2015 year.
