Abstract
Peculiarities of organ microcirculation determine the nature of its ischemic/reperfusion injury. The review
describes the pathogenesis of damage of hepatic lobules in case of violation of the liver microcirculation of
different genesis. The clinical manifestations of ischemic hepatitis and diagnostic criteria are described and
the most effective methods of prevention are determined. Special attention is paid to the development of
ischemic hepatitis in patients undergoing cardiac surgery.
