Abstract
The purpose of this report – to show the results of surgical operation in 2015 and the possible prospects of
Medical and scientific research department of reconstructive surgery of heart valves and coronary arteries.
In 2015, the department carried out 441 operations, of which an artificial circulation – 380. Average logistic
EuroSCORE of patients who died in 2015 was 15.30±18.98%.
Compared to previous years, increased the number of reconstructive surgery on the mitral valve (n=97),
mainly in the organic pathology (n=78). The number of operations with coronary artery bypass – 90. In the
structure of operations with an artificial circulation elderly patients accounted for 31.3%.
The department made a lot of new operations. Currently in operation or in the future work of department
are few prospective topics.
