Abstract
In the article are given the results of the practical-scientific work of the department for surgical treatment of
the heart diseases with progressive pulmonary hypertension in Bakoulev National Scientific and Practical
Center for Cardiovascular Surgery and also conclusions and recommendations regarding diagnostics, surgical
and drug treatment of this complication with various nosologic forms.
