Abstract
Compliance with indications of univenricular repair and elimination of risk factors much as possible are
points of success of the operation. We present a case report of successful first stage of univenricular repair of
complex congenital heart anomaly including atrial isomerism, total anomalous pulmonary venous connection,
common atrioventricular canal, left ventricle hypoplasia and pulmonary atresia in baby.
