Abstract
Congenital pathology of the aortic valve is one of the main component in the structure of the CHD. Despite
the increasing quantitative experience of the reconstructive interventions at this pathology in childhood, in
the future a number of patients require re-intervention. In most cases, repeated operations are the aortic
valve replacement. This paper presents a description of a rare case of repeated correction of aortic stenosis
with aortic valve plasty with xenopericardial patch.
