Abstract
The article deals with the problems of escalating socio-legal conflict in modern healthcare. Identifies subjective
and objective problems of microsphere and microspheres, which are the underlying mechanisms of
escalation and development of conflict between the medical community and the public. Analyzes a number
of factors in the era of globalization, changing politics, economics, mass communication and information,
and as a consequence change the culture and values of the individual. The set of dynamically interrelated all
these processes and factors are combined into a coherent system of contradictions and are the starting mechanism
of development of conflict and confrontation in the health sector. The hypothesis of a new level of
methodological analysis of the socio-legal conflict in the health sector, adapted to the conditions of modern
times, as well as preventive measures to reduce conflicts “doctor-patient”.
