Abstract
Тhe article discusses the relevance of the development of sociology and law in modern healthcare with the purpose of preventive measures of socio-legal conflict "doctor–patient" reduce unfounded complaints of patients, protection of honor and dignity of the physician and the preservation of the status and prestige of the profession. One of the activities to achieve the goals of protection of health of citizens, is a complex of legal measures. These problems are solved by interdisciplinary enterprises, consolidation professional medical, legal and social science communities, which will serve to protect the rights of all subjects of health care, the rule of law in the sphere of health protection.
