Abstract
The federal clinic workload depends on the quantity of the state task and on the planned indices in the compulsory
health insurance system mainly. The results of the activity are linked to the organizational decisions and to the
medical care quality. This article is devoted to the results of the activity of the Institute for coronary and vascular
surgery of Bakoulev National Medical Research of Center for Cardiovascular Surgery in 2017 in comparison to the
previous period. The tasks in high technology treatment and in compulsory health insurance were performed by
100%, and the maximal number of operations in the Institute's history were provided (n=2986). The activity
of paraclinical departments was improved by the implementation of computerized systems LIS and “ArchiMed”.
The drug list was optimized. The draft of professional standard “cardio-vascular surgeon” was elaborated. The proposals
to change the Order from 15.11.2012 № 918n in the part of vascular departments activity regulation were
given to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (MoH RF). The independent evaluation of health care
quality on the MoH RF site was arranged
