Abstract
Coronary-cardiac fistulas (CСF) are a relatively rare anatomical anomaly of the coronary arteries that affects 0.002% of the total population. The clinical significance of CCF is determined by the mechanisms of the phenomenon of "coronary robbery", "volume overload" causing functional myocardial ischemia, as well as enlargement of the heart chambers, in the absence of coronary artery stenosis or heart disease, so chest pains or shortness of breath during exercise are common symptoms. We present a case of a diagnostic approach and surgical treatment of CCF in a 17-year-old patient. Diagnosis consists of a series of instrumental studies, such as electroechocardiography, echocardiography, coronary angiography, and computed tomography. The surgical treatment for sufuring the fistula in patient was successfully performed.
