Abstract
Long term complications of the operation of atrial switch according to Mustard for transposition of the great arteries include stenosis and recanalization of the tunnel, insufficiency of the systemic atrioventricular valve, and cardiac arrhythmias. Simultaneous occurrence of these complications is extremely rare. The presented case description shows a radical correction, including the elimination of stenosis and multiple recanalizations of the vena cava collector, as well as prosthetics of the systemic atrioventricular valve.
