Abstract
The problem of early detection of myocardial ischemia left and right ventricles remains uncompletely solved in adult cardiology and is extremely relevant in children / adolescents with coronary heart disease and compromising coronary arteries (during surgical treatment or embryologically). The diagnostic arsenal of a cardiologist today is very diverse and each technique has its own advantages and pitfalls in assessing myocardial function. We present a description of a case of multimodal diagnosis of myocardial function in an asymptomatic 8-year-old child after arterial switch operation in the neonatal period. The right coronary artery was damaged during the operation.
