Abstract

The activity of Burakovskiy Institute of Cardiac Surgery in Bakoulev National Medical Research Center for Cardiovascular Surgery was based on the state tasks fulfillment in hightechnological medical care and in compulsory health insurance programs. The article presents the results of the Institute work of 2020 year. The total hospital mortality rate was 0,9%, the mortality rate after operations with artificial blood circulation increased from 2.4 to 3.5%, compare 2019 and 2020 years. The average length of hospitalization was increased from 5.6 days to 5.9 days. The volume of medical care provided under the compulsory health insurance programs were decreased by 14% than in 2019.
