Abstract
The article describes the clinical case of successful surgical treatment of an elderly patient with ischemic heart disease and concomitant damage of the brachiocephalic arteries. The simultaneous surgical intervention made it possible to restore normal blood flow in both the coronary and brachycephalic channels. Therefore, such tactics of treatment of coronary heart disease in this cohort of patients is simultaneously effective and safe.
