Abstract
Double-outlet right ventricle is a type of ventriculo-arterial discontinuity when both arterial trunks arise predominantly from the right ventricle. Its combination with complete atrioventricular canal is considered to be a complex form of disease when biventricular repair becomes a surgical challenge or even not possible. The article represents a case of biventricular repair of a pathology in a patient with Down syndrome and type «B» of atrioventricular canal by means of anterior bridging leaflet anomaly papillary muscle reimplantation into the left ventricular cavity, baffling of the aorta to the left ventricle and right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction using a transannular patch.
