Abstract
A clinical case of a patient with a history of postinfarction cardiosclerosis is presented. Multiple hemodynamically significant atherosclerotic lesions of the coronary bed were an indication for planned surgical treatment (coronary bypass surgery). The interest of this example is in the methodology for determining the degree of contractility disorder and the degree of compensation of the left ventricular myocardium by quantifying the specific contribution of a particular left ventricle site to its shock work as a whole. And also, against the background of a drug test with nitroglycerin, convincing data were obtained on the effectiveness of the increase in the reserve potential of the myocardium, which indicates the success of the planned revascularization in the basin of the anterior interventricular artery and the branch of the obtuse edge.
