Abstract
A clinical case of a successful combined surgery for removal of a giant myxoma of the left atrium, coronary artery bypass grafting and tricuspid valve repair in a patient after a new coronavirus infection COVID-19 is described. The world literature describes only a few cases of combined intervention of myxoma removal and coronary artery bypass grafting, despite the high prevalence of coronary heart disease. The treatment of patients after a recent coronavirus infection COVID-19 with residual objective laboratory and instrumental signs is of particular interest in cardiac surgery and the entire medical community as a whole. Surgical tactics in this case should be carefully planned. Initial myxoma removal before coronary bypass surgery is the safest and most effective technique with satisfactory early and long-term results.
