Abstract
Pediatric surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass for correction of congenital heart diseases in
1261 children was associated with evident disorders of platelet and coagulative hemostasis which
allowed to determine the volume of perioperative blood loss. Right choice of therapeutic target
can be achieved by dynamic differential study of clotting system in postoperative period.
Threshold levels of its rates were proposed. Decrease in blood loss is provided by therapeutic
interventions which were determined according to the results of hemostasis study
