Abstract
The chronic heart failure is an outcome of many cardiovascular diseases and is characterized by a progressing current and the adverse forecast. The modern medicine for this group of patients offers the following types of treatment: heart transplantation, resinсhronization therapy. Now heart transplantation strongly took a place in an arsenal of remedies for patients with irreversible diseases of a myocardium: annually in the world more than 3000 similar operations are carried out. To the female patient of 61 years with a dilatation cardiomyopathy and an end-stage of a heart failure heart transplantation is carried in A.N. Bakoulev Scientific Center for Cardiovascular Surgery of Russian Academy of Medical Sciences through mechanical circulatory support system. Against the carried-out therapy it becomes perceptible positive dinamics on clinical and echocardiografic indicators.
