Abstract
Developing methods for the surgical treatment of patients with combined vascular disease basins and assessment of their effectives today pays great attention. Of particular importance when it becomes differentiated strategy for selecting patients for combined and stage surgical intervention. The most frequent patients with combined lesions of the coronary and brachycephalic arteries. Such patients in most cases runs CEE and CABG. Meanwhile, prosthetic aortic arch branches of the ascending aorta and coronary artery bypass surgery is very rare. In this article we present the case of the successful holding of the concomitant surgery of aorta-corotid bypass surgery using a prosthesis "BASE` KS" № 8 and bypass of LAD with right IMA.
