Abstract
The main purpose of the intensive care unit is continuous tracking the main physiological constants and
immediate elimination of the arising violations.
Weight of a condition of the patient who has come to the intensive care is defined by the sum of a positive
effect of elimination of defect and that degree of a trauma by which price this effect is reached. It is necessary
to remember that the condition of the patient who has come to the intensive care is a consequence of
the events which have taken place in the operating room, and the main objective of the resuscitator is the correct
assessment of this state and aspiration to normalization of the broken parameters.
The objective of the communication – analysis and optimization of work of the department of resuscitation
and intensive therapy for older children with congenital heart diseases V.I. Burakovsky Institute of Cardiac
Surgery A.N. Bakoulev Scientific Center for Cardiovascular Surgery in 2015.
