Abstract
Ischemic heart disease (IHD) is still one of the most common pathology of the circulation system in adults.
Due to the high rates of morbidity, disability and mortality rates in Russian Federation surpass similar rates
in economically developed countries. Despite that the method of coronary artery bypass graft surgery, as one
of the main strategy in treatment in patients with IHD has established in late 60s, search for optimal conduits
is continuing until now. It conditioned due to disfunction of certain grafts in long-term period after
operation, and as a results – decreasing of life expectancy and general-demographic rates. Data analysis of
Russian literature has shown that for now not enough major scientific researches has been made in examining
long-term patience results after coronary artery bypass surgery, which prompted us to perform our investigation
about this problem.
