Abstract
Currently, the most relevant for the surgical treatment of atherosclerosis are clinical and instrumental diagnostics
associated lesions associated with informative, diagnostic value, reliability and minimal invasive diagnostic
methods. Great attention is paid to developing methods for the surgical treatment of patients with
combined lesions of various vascular pools. In cases with significant stenosis of the carotid and coronary
arteries increases the importance of the simultaneous intervention due to the high risk of neurological and cardial complications. Having 30 years experience of combined operation of carotid endarterectomy and
coronary bypass surgery in our clinic, cases with acute social stratification of the internal carotid artery in
conjunction with multivessel carotid artery dissection is not observed. In this article we present the case of
the successful conduct of emergency reconstructive surgery on the internal carotid artery when acute bundle
and coronary artery bypass grafting 3 arteries.
