Abstract
We present a case report of successful treatment of patient with critical aortic stenosis, systolic dysfunction (left ventricular
ejection fraction of 20%), and ischemic heart disease. The patient underwent aortic valve replacement
(mechanical valve Karboniks-22), mitral valve Alfiery repair, tricuspid valve De Vega plasty, and right coronary artery
bypass grafting. The postoperative period was uncomplicated. The length of hospital stay made up 15 days after operation.
Left ventricular ejection fraction at discharge amounted to 42%.
