Abstract
Introduction. Regular analysis of sectional studies carries important information necessary for decision-making
aimed at improving the quality of medical care, optimization of approaches of treatment and diagnostic process of
therapy.
Purpose of the study: on the basis of a comprehensive study of the comparison of the final clinical and forensic diagnoses
in cases of death of persons who died in hospitals of medical organizations, to determine the dynamics and
structure of the divergence of diagnoses in the Moscow region.
Results. A decrease in the proportion of differences in diagnoses in the structure of the total number of deaths subject
to forensic medical examination was revealed from 25.5% in 2014 to 22.7% in 2018. In the structure of differences
in diagnoses by categories of estimates, there is a decrease in the proportion of differences in diagnoses in cases
of death from external influences, from 12.6% in 2014 to 10.2% in 2017, and the proportion of differences in diagnoses
in cases of death from diseases decreased from 63.7 to 45.9%, respectively.
Conclusion. It is established that in the Moscow region in five years, there has been a significant improvement in the
diagnosis of diseases of the circulatory system, respiratory system, digestive system, tumors and tuberculosis; efficiently
improved diagnosis of injuries to the head, spine, and associated blunt force trauma to the body.
